As Editor in Chief of the Student Union newspaper, Lithanian, I spent one year working with my staff to create and distribute five newspapers to the Student Union's members. I was in charge of budgeting, recruiting and managing my staff, planning the production deadlines and project management. This also meant taking on whatever work that needed to be done to meet the deadlines, and besides managing the general production of the newspaper, I also produced articles and illustrations.
